A church thrives in community where people are actively involved in each other’s lives. Living Stones members are encouraged to meet during the week in small groups (life groups) to give each other support and encouragement. The groups enable people to keep in touch with each other, to discuss life, for fellowship, worship, prayer and to study the Bible.
We encourage all members of Living Stones to be part of a prayer network. Triplets make up a highly significant part of this.
We meet bi-monthly as a congregation at Community Wise for prayer and pudding. We begin the evening sharing food before we focus on praying together.
We have a prayer meeting before the service every Sunday for 45 minutes which everyone is welcome to join us for.
We meet bi-monthly (the opposite month to the prayer meeting) as the men of the church to enjoy fellowship and deepening of relationships at Community Wise. The women of the life groups are able to then meet in homes at the same time or on a different night of that week if they choose.
Gather is run by our chaplaincy team and meets on a Friday morning from 11am – 3pm at Community Wise. Everyone is welcome and it is a time when people are invited to “gather” for a drink, chat, read a newspaper or play a board game. There is also the option to stay for a delicious home-made lunch.
This parent and toddler groups meets on a Tuesday morning between 9:45am – 11:15am at Community Wise. It is very popular and can get fully quickly so it is always advisable to arrive early.
LiveWires is a hugely popular youth club which meets on a Friday between 6:30pm – 8:00pm at Community Wise for school years 4-9.
