The Church manages Community Wise, a community centre, which is a focal point for the local community and a provider of community services. It is used by over 1,800 people every week who attend a regular programme including Senior Citizens groups, Dance and Art groups, NCT, Cubs & Scouts, English language classes, guitar lessons, AA, and much more.
Community Wise is a popular venue for children's birthday parties and other events in Eastbourne. We have two large halls and several smaller meeting rooms available for hire as well as facilities and equipment needed to make your event a success.
Community Wise has its own community shop, run by a team of staff and volunteers. It is a hub of life and the place to find a bargain. Opening hours are Monday to Saturday 10 am to 4 pm each day, closing each day for lunch from 1 pm to 2 pm and on Wednesday and Saturday afternoons.
